At Salt Property, Sophie works alongside the Senior Property Manager, showing properties, moving tenants in and out with quick, smooth turnarounds, and coordinating the right tradespeople to keep everything ticking along. She’s the kind of person who makes the logistics look easy and who genuinely enjoys the people side of the job just as much as the process. Building real connections with clients, rooted in trust, authenticity, and communication, is what she loves most about the role.

Sophie is a friendly, down-to-earth professional who values honesty above almost everything else. She meets every challenge with a can-do attitude and firmly believes that good communication is the glue holding any relationship together, personal or professional.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find Sophie surrounded by family, pets, or on horseback. And when we say pets, we mean it… two dogs, three cats, two rabbits, a marine fish tank, and a horse currently call her home theirs too. It all started when Sophie and her family began fostering animals for the RSPCA, and, well, a few of them simply never left.
