With more than 27 years of award-winning experience in real estate, Lyndall Allan is one of Newcastle’s most respected and recognised agents. After being encouraged for many years by clients, family and friends to take the leap, Lyndall founded Salt Property in January 2022 with a clear vision: to create a high-performing agency built on trust, energy, exceptional service and standout results. Since then, Salt has grown into a leading agency in the region, achieving multiple suburb records and earning recognition across the industry.

As Founder and Director of Salt Property, Lyndall leads a powerhouse team of women with the same dedication, care and drive that have shaped her own career. With particular expertise across Merewether and Hamilton South, Lyndall is known for her strategic marketing, strong negotiation skills and ability to position each property for the best possible result.

Lyndall’s success is built on long-term relationships, repeat clients and trusted referrals. She prides herself on creating a smooth and rewarding experience, guiding her clients with confidence, clarity and genuine care.

Outside of Salt, Lyndall’s greatest joy is her family. In 2017 she travelled around Australia for 2 years in a caravan with her husband and 3 children in search of a new home base. In the end, nowhere compared to Newcastle, a place she continues to love for its lifestyle, community and opportunity.
