Kath brings a diverse background in business, recruitment, hospitality and community leadership to Salt Property. A business owner and Director of local charity Stronger Together, Kath has built her career on overcoming adversity, hard work and a passion for helping others.

Kath brings a calm, capable and highly organised approach to her role. Her experience owning and operating three successful motels, including Merewether Motel, has given her a strong understanding of service, efficiency and the importance of creating positive experiences.

Kath is known for her ability to remain composed in high-pressure environments and her natural talent for making people feel at ease. She is detail-driven, community-minded and committed to delivering quality service in everything she does.

Outside of Salt, Kath’s most rewarding role is being a mother to her two beautiful daughters. She also loves studying the form guide, catching up with girlfriends and enjoying weekends away with her family.
