Having worked closely with high-performing sales teams and leadership, she has a deep understanding of the systems and processes that support exceptional service.

Chelsey plays an important role behind the scenes, helping to keep the team organised, supported and operating smoothly. Her Bachelor of Business, majoring in Human Resources and Marketing, adds a well-rounded insight to her hand on industry experience.

Highly organised, detail-driven and people-focused, Chelsey is known for her calm and proactive approach. She is passionate about contributing to a professional, consistent and positive experience for both clients and colleagues.

Outside of Salt, Chelsey enjoys spending time with her partner and their two Cavoodles, Lola and Franky. As well as spending time with friends and family, getting out and about on weekends and travelling whenever she gets the chance.
